Located along Denny Way at the base of Capitol Hill, Denny Terrace provides a view of  Downtown Seattle and is within a long walk—or short bus ride—of the sights and shops of Broadway; a Seattle Public Library branch, Cal Anderson Park, and the Capitol Hill P-Patch. Grocery stores and delis are also located close by.

The building is within walking distance of direct bus service to Downtown, Seattle Center, the International District, Mount Baker, Montlake, the University District, Laurelhurst, and Northgate. It overlooks I-5, with convenient driving access to I-90 and Highways 99 and 520.

Freeway Directions

Coming from the South (going North on I-5)

(After passing the James Street exit) -- get off on the Olive Way exit

Go past Melrose Avenue (no left turn)

Take a Left onto Bellevue Street and go 1 ½ to 2 blocks

Take a Left onto Denny Way and go 1 block

Take a Right onto Melrose Ave. (don't cross overpass)

100 Melrose Ave. East is the first bldg. on the corner of Melrose at Denny Way

 

Coming from the North (going South on I-5)

(After passing the Mercer Street exit) – get off on the Stewart Street exit and go 1 block

Turn Left onto Denny Way and go over the overpass

Turn Left onto Melrose Avenue

100 Melrose Ave. East is the first bldg. on the corner of Melrose  at Denny Way
